 Compared to float glass with the same height ,tempered glass processes a bending and impact resistant strength three to five times higher

5) Standard

It is made of two pieces of glass, which is bending after processing. It breaks the balance of straight, and two or more pieces of glass combine, makes the glass meet the need of building design, and have better sound insulation performance; lower heat conductivity.

Insulating glass is made of two or more pieces of glass; a dead space inside the glass is formed by the aluminum frame which is filled with efficient sieve absorbent, the edges are sealed with high strength sealant. Such structure is useful to keep the insulating layer dry and improves the sound proof and heat insulation property of the glass. Insulating glass is capable of reducing 100dB outdoor noise into 55dB inside the room. Its shielding rate achieves 45 percent. No condensation is generated inside the insulating layer under -65.Meanwhile, it not only have the same character with the common insulating glass, but also make the single construction more .So,its widely used in villa doors and windows .
